Greetings friends are you enjoying your summer? I have been in a bit of a wedding haze of events this coming week but a good reminder that not just brides need to primp and pamper.  I bumped into a fellow hairstylist at my favorite nail salon and while our tootsie's were drying we babbled about all the rage of Brazilian Blowouts and our favorite products to keep our clients hair looking fabulous this summer. I'm sure you have probably heard that the L.A. Lakers just won a victory championship against the Boston Celtics. My voice is hoarse from all of the cheering and screaming. I am proud of our team but I have to also give some credit to the Celtics for some of their class acts, like Ray Allen, (I loved seeing his mama cheering for him!) and surprising team spirit from other players even after a huge loss, you can read more about it here. Getting back to some hair needs I have a client with lions-mane hair that needs to be tamed today.

when I first saw these shoes here I thought they were borderline scary, ugly

it's amazing how I changed my mind and I thought they were hot when I saw them on her

sometime it's just about having good genes and good bones that makes a pretty sight,

I absolutely love it when I hear my clients tell me about their beauty secrets some that are inspired from the garden like this  rose tree oil, to add to your bath or moisturizer.
