inspiration beautiful bobs {vidal sassoon}

when you have a geometric, sharp, haircut like this
and the hair is worn a little fuzzy, in it's natural state
Just came back from seeing this spectacular movie, Vidal Sassoon The Movie. I honestly thought it would never get here in the States. I have been waiting awhile since this post. I love the look of the sixties very reminiscent in what is going on in hair like Michelle Williams twiggy inspired coiff and all the right implements, lashes, and liner, below.
big lashes and extended eyeliner for a lovely doe eyed effect like this

As I relax with a nice sudsy bath before bedtime, I will remember these words that rings so soundly to my soul, spoken from the hair master himself Vidal Sassoon: "Haircutting and styling is a form of design that comes from within, you live it, breathe it, and even spend hours longer mastering your craft to be a truly good artist. "This applies to just about anything you want to succeed in." Some more Vidal inspired inspiration from Tabatha here.

coiffure colors

Who said big hair wasn't back do you love this toffee and caramel colored hue?

Bouncy, burnished red coils

Sable brown on a classic bob with bangs, tres chic!

Buttery, blondes perfect for a blond expressive cut and color

Just another way to spice things up and look at color in a different way. I am referring to the different colors I have shown here. Coffee or caramel Color, think of  this pic of Ellen Pompeo.  Red heads, Julianne Moore has the richest and Kate Walsh has a lighter lovely tone.When referring to a truffle, brown, brunette, a client usually is usually looking to achieve warmth, and richness, think Catherine Zeta Jones.  Can't wait to try this blonde expressive technique with Wella using a new, formulation of the already superb, Blondor, looking forward to my Webinar and doing a little demo with this beautiful spectrum of color

fearless femininity

Just came back from a Sebastian update,  The Collection; Velvet Vertico, voluminous, wearable haircuts like these shown. Full Frontal, a not so classic bob with an undercut edge, that can be styled in to a daring Mowawk Plume. Celestial Sphere, a shoulder length hair cut that is not your usual feathered friend weight is defined, and balanced with soft curves, think of an hourglass. Swinging Shapely, long, layers, with a lighter texture created with shears and softly skimming of the razor with soft bangs, swinging softly to the side. This season's collection inspiration comes from Fashion, as in this designer's classy clothes collection, feminine and girly with decadent flamboyance.  Design, objects that would normally be associated with the masculinity show femininity with a bling. To get the best of these weightless, voluminous, dramatic looks, start out with Volupt Shampoo and conditioner and Volupt Spray gel to define these disconnected haircuts as you style. For more support, Mousse Forte and Shaper Zero Gravity for waves, and curls, in curvaceous forms.
More great news to share, congratulations to Megan, you are the winner of this gift away posted here.
 I am looking forward to hearing if it will be a touchdown for me in the giveaway posted today at Amber's Notebook.
