hair spun with cotton candy colors
texture and weave of pink, yellow and a pop of peacock blue,
fierce, bright and bold, how about those pom-poms a play on fun with bold color
poof, colors of a flame
love the plastic corset
Remember when you went to your first carnival and you pulled apart the cotton candy with your fingers? How about an Easter egg hunt and the varied colors of eggs gathered in a basket. How about the hot, fiery, crackle of a fire blazing? It's amazing how these images become illusions of inspiration to me from this artist, Eugene Souleiman, Wella Professionals Global Creative Director.
Most of us look at a ball of yarn and see…a sweater. He unravels the illusion and creates explosive shapes, textures, colors and silhouettes as seen here. He sees candy-floss pinup girls, and the arc of leaping flames. He envisions fiber, textile, embellishment and ornamentation. With vision and courage, he transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary! More of his inspirational magic here. I love how he works so well with another Wella expert Eva Scrivo more of her here.

I can appreciate the amount of work he put into creating this. If I was still 20 something I'd put in some fun colored hair extensions!
Oh wow, very springy! Like the style, and the photos are gorgeous! Happy Spring!

Such a fun post for Easter*
I cannot even imagine how long this must have taken to put together -- so many great details in this shoot. I was in a photoshoot last year, and the work that went into gave me a whole new appreciation for the art and passion that goes behind the scenes...
