dreaming of books + bikes

Luxury item aside a great read when dreaming of traveling
This bag fits my budget

Memories of Perkins Palace and the Go-Go's

Elle chante aussi en francais (she also sings in french)

A foreword by her hubby and just the mention of aromatherapy and massage, I knew this was my kind of read.

A pretty little basket like this wouldn't be big enough for my dogs!

One of the things I love about blogging are the dreamy pictures that go along with creative writing. Daydreaming myself a lot lately. Books have been my childhood passion and so glad I still enjoy them now. Sometimes a good read like this one with scientific evidence to back up theory on nocturnal behavior relating to sleep and eating patterns is great. Other times a light read is all I need. It's like a workout sometimes you really sweat it out and sometimes a brisk walk is just as good. Same for my bike. Reading this new blog reminded me of how fabulous it is to be able to get outside and ride. I love to feel the breeze, and the benefit of cardio in the mix. Sometimes all I need is a light afternoon ride with the benefit of natural Vitamin D from the sun to get me ready for summer. These are the  books I am currently finishing, about to read, and on my library list. What are you doing this summer a little day dreaming too?

I'm so sorry I haven't been to your blog in a long time! For a awhile there, it was messing up my computer whenever I did. :(~ I love your blog though and I've missed coming to it!

I'm working! How unfun does that sound? Haha But working aside, I'm trying to be more active. My friend's talking me into a mini triathlon at the end of the summer!
And reading, I'll have to check out some of these books! I love a good light read. I'm working on the last hundred pages of Middlemarch and Sophie's World (two books I should have finished a month ago!) and could use a break after all that philosophy and human observation stuff!
