youth serum

One of my Epicuren, youth serum's Enzyme Concentrate  gives my skin some much needed moisture

I consider skincare an essential treat I give my body daily. It definitely starts from the inside out and I'm sure I could have avoided some unnecessary stress to my skin from tensing up when upset, or even scowling. Since this computer is the best reminder of my reflection I find myself putting on a happy face more times than not. My other essentials from the Epicuren line: Alpha Lipoic Omega, Colostrum Cream, eye cream, and I swear I can dab a bit of the Pro-Collagen cream on any fine lines at the corner of my eyes and It diminishes them like magic.
Protein Mist after my shower and before bedtime what a difference a little beauty sleep makes!

skin caviar

have been thinking of my Perricone products that I opted out of buying yesterday. I have literally been using a coffee stirrer to scrape the last of my Epicuren out of it's jar. As most beauty industry experts know it pays off for us to do our home work and I am constantly researching new products. I think just like hair products skin being made up of the same Keratin, it's important to change skin care products regularly or mix it up. I have spoken in the past of my love of Dior. The Capture Totale line is anti-aging and the eye cream is amazing and uplifting. To make things more enticing a new higher end line has been introduced, L'Or De Vie in gold jars no less promising the gift of regenerating and improving skin. On the subject of anti-aging, I like Dr Brandts (Madonna's dermatologist) method of beauty preservation and restoration. He restores the skin with fillers instead of cutting. Youthfulness also comes with less make up. In the summertime especially using a little concealer to even out skin tones or a tinted moisturizer like this one from Stila with an SPF 15 gives you that shimmery glow that only summertime brings that is good as gold.

when opportunity knocks

I open the door. I enjoyed a traffic free ride and beautiful beach breeze to Redondo Beach where I went on my first interview in 10 years since my audition for Trucco. I was very early so I took in the sights as I drove and after passing a few starbucks, decided to get my fix. I took the time sipping my smoothie to add some notes you can never be over prepared for an interview. The opportunity to interview for Beauty 360 came from one of my beauty blogs. I had a good feeling about the concept of this upscale pharmacy with lots of prestigious name, fragrance, skin care and cosmetic lines. I recall one of my European travels to a hair show led me to a pharmacy where I was first introduced to one of my favorite beauty lines. The european pharmacies carry everything including luxury cosmetics not just prescriptions. So what was the outcome? It was an offer I had to refuse, actually I would have to give up my Saturday's in the salon,(one of my busiest and most profitable days) and be available for training ASAP for 3 weeks. I have 3 weddings in the next 3 weeks and a photo shoot. It's not something people take lightly when you drop that kind of cancellation news. After sharing the news with my mother, she was so wise to remind me that the benefits, might be worth the change since I am not going to be this young forever, OUCH!
